What is your refund policy?
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will proceed with a refund of the purchase amount, excluding any shipping costs, within 14 days. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
What are the steps to return my order?

- Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used unless the product is defective.
- For products that are perishable or have a limited shelf life, we cannot accept returns unless the product was damaged or defective upon receipt (e.g. nutritional supplements, consumables).

Follow the steps below to return your order:

- Please include your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Upon receipt of your return request, our customer service will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product.
- Please ensure that the product is packaged securely and safely to prevent damage during transport.
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
💶 Refund policy
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then receive a full refund of the order amount including shipping costs. Only the return shipping costs from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs may differ per country and carrier, check your carrier’s website for exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product should be returned to the seller with all supplied accessories and—if reasonably possible—in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to inspect the product, we may charge you for the depreciation in value. Therefore, handle the product with care and make sure it is properly packaged when returned.
