🛒 Order & Payment

Are the product prices including or excluding VAT?

All prices in our online shop include 21% VAT. A VAT exemption may apply for some countries. After filling in the country of destination, you will find the information for your country on the Checkout.

  3. Go to the checkout and provide your details.
  4. Choose a shipping method, confirm, and pay for your order.
  5. Verify if your order is placed successfully by checking your mailbox.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to ship my order?

Orders that include stock products are shipped the same business day if the order is placed before 16:00 (Europe/Amsterdam timezone). Otherwise, it will be shipped the next business day.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace link by email. Use this link to track your shipment.

🔙 Return & Refund

What is your return policy?
  1. You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receipt.
  2. Returns are only accepted if the products are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  3. Returns are not accepted for products that are custom-made for you.

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will proceed with a refund of the purchase amount, excluding any shipping costs, within 14 days. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

  1. Contact our customer service at ask@happy-caps.com to initiate your return. Please include your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. After receiving your return request, our customer service will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product.
  3. Ensure that the product is securely and firmly packaged to prevent damage during transport.
  4. Our customer service will handle the rest and keep you updated about the status via chat or email.
