How do I become a B2B customer?

What is the minimum order quantity?
We have a low minimum order quantity for retailers and wholesalers. 2 boxes for retailers, 4 boxes for Wholesalers. Each box contains 10 sachets of a single product.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes absolutely, there are volume discounts. We offer discounts from 4 boxes and an even higher discount from 8 boxes or more. During the on-boarding process this will be made clear and in your B2B account it will be visible.
Are your products certified?
Absolutely. All Happy Caps products are GMP and HACCP certified, and produced in the Netherlands under strict quality control by Mojo Nutrition BV.
What kind of shop displays do you offer?
We provide displays to ensure a strong and visually appealing Happy Caps presence in your store. With your first display order, you can receive a discount of up to 50%!
We offer three display formats:
Large Display (80 cm) – Holds 11 products, includes a 50% placement discount
Medium Display (50 cm) – Holds 7 products, includes a 35% placement discount
Counter Display – Holds 15 boxes or alternative formats (sprays, tubes), includes a 50% placement discount
Can I mix products to qualify for a discount?
Yes, volume discounts also apply when ordering boxes of different product types.
Can Happy Caps be sold in regular stores?
Yes. Although traditionally sold in smartshops, all our products are now fully GMP & HACCP certified and suitable for convenience stores, local supermarkets, gas stations, and night shops. Our brand is expanding beyond niche retail.
Where do you ship to?
We ship globally to verified retailers, wholesalers, and distributors — depending on local regulations. Please contact us for region-specific information.
What is the typical delivery time?
Within the Netherlands: 2–4 working days.
International: delivery times vary by country and shipping method.
Do you provide marketing or POS materials?
Yes. With every display order, we include product info cards, flyers, and promotional support materials. Custom content and brand visuals are available upon request.
