What is your return policy?
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after the day of receipt without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the product from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. These costs are approximately โฌ7.25 per package; please consult your carrierโs website for the exact rates.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product should be returned to the entrepreneur with all supplied accessories and โ if reasonably possible โ in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to assess the product, we may charge you for the depreciation. Therefore, handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returned.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal
- The entrepreneur can exclude the consumer’s right of withdrawal for products as described in paragraphs 2 and 3. The exclusion of the right of withdrawal only applies if the entrepreneur has clearly stated this in the offer, at least in good time before the conclusion of the agreement.
- Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for products:
- that have been created by the entrepreneur to the consumer’s specifications;
- that are personal;
- that cannot be returned due to their nature;
- that can spoil or age quickly;
- the price of which is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
- for individual newspapers and magazines;
- for audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal;
- for hygienic products, of which the consumer has broken the seal.
- Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is only possible for services:
- relating to accommodation, transport, restaurant business, or leisure activities to be performed on a specific date or during a specific period;
- the delivery of which has commenced with the express consent of the consumer before the cooling-off period has expired;
- regarding bets and lotteries.
What is your refund policy?
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will proceed with a refund of the purchase amount, excluding any shipping costs, within 14 days. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Who is responsible for the returning costs?
Costs in case of withdrawal
- The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the product.
- If the consumer has paid an amount, the entrepreneur will refund this amount as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after withdrawal. The condition is that the product has already been received by the online retailer, or conclusive proof of complete return can be provided. Refund will be made via the same payment method used by the consumer, unless the consumer expressly permits a different payment method.
- In the event of damage to the product due to careless handling by the consumer, the consumer is liable for any reduction in value of the product.
- The consumer cannot be held liable for reduction in value of the product if the entrepreneur has not provided all legally required information about the right of withdrawal; this must be done before concluding the purchase agreement.

- Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used unless the product is defective.
- For products that are perishable or have a limited shelf life, we cannot accept returns unless the product was damaged or defective upon receipt (e.g. nutritional supplements, consumables).
