- Returns are only accepted if the products are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Returns are not accepted for products that are custom-made for you.
Procedure for Returning Products:
- Contact our customer service at ask@happy-caps.com to initiate your return. Please include your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- After receiving your return request, our customer service will provide you with further instructions on how to return the product.
- Ensure that the product is securely and firmly packaged to prevent damage during transport.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs of the return, unless the product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
Refunds:
- After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will proceed with a refund of the purchase amount, excluding any shipping costs, within 14 days.
- Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions:
- Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used unless the product is defective.
